Booth Hours: Open at 10 AM. Event ends at 8:30 PM. Vendors may stay as long as they wish. If staying after dark, you must provide your own lighting (street lights are not guaranteed).*

No refunds for cancellations.*

Vendors must provide their own tents, tarps, chairs, tables, etc. All tents must be properly secured with weights.*

Booth spaces will be labeled with names so please look for your name or find a staff member to help you find your spot. RETURNING VENDORS ARE NOT GUARANTEED THE SAME BOOTH LOCATION AS PREVIOUS YEARS*

No security will be provided.*

Vendors must bring their own change; no banks will be open.*

All sales must remain within your booth area.*

Water and ice are NOT provided.*

Vendors must keep their area clean during the event and remove all trash after closing. Bins/dumpsters will be nearby.*

No firearms or weapons (except law enforcement/security). Includes guns, laser pointers, and fireworks.*

NO OFFENSIVE RACIAL, SEXUAL OR PROVOCATIVE RELATED MERCHANDISE or literature shall be displayed, sold or distributed. *

No alcohol or drugs may be sold, displayed, or brought into the vendor area.*

No drones, unless for approved news/media.

Only Welsh Mardi Gras staff, police, or security may move barricades. Unauthorized movement may result in removal.*

 Any vendor involved in an altercation with staff, officers, volunteers, or security will be expelled without refund and banned for 2 years.*

Welsh Mardi Gras is not responsible for any raffles or raffle purchases.*

HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Welsh Mardi Gras Association, its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in the Welsh Mardi Gras Street Dance. This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from the Vendor’s actions, equipment, products, or negligence. Vendor assumes all risk*
